Brooks Tropicals Promotes Two

<p>Brooks Tropicals is promoting two of its employees this month. Clara Sarmiento, will be adding Food Safety Manager for all of Brooks Tropicals to her resume. She has most recently been the assistant to the President of Brooks Tropicals and will take on the additional responsibilities of her new position. Ms. Sarmiento, will lead the current team in Belize and Homestead, according to a press release. She will maintain her current duties in purchasing and project management in Homestead. Ms. Sarmiento will also continues to control inventory in Belize for Fruta Bomba and Belize Fruit Packers.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Armando Monterroso will also be adding a few new responsibilities to his current position. Mr. Monterroso is the head of Brooks Tropicals’ Research and Development Department, and will take on the additional duties of managing the Pest and Disease Department in Belize, California at Fruta Bomba.
