<p><strong>Amsterdam, Netherlands</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Ahold has announced the relocation of its Corporate Center from Amsterdam to Zaandam earlier today.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">“This move will enable us to maximize synergies and save costs” says Dick Boer, CEO of Ahold. “In Zaandam, we will benefit from co-location with our colleagues in Ahold Europe, while continuing to be located near to Amsterdam with its business and financial community and Schiphol Airport.
