David Lessard has been promoted to the position, effective immediately. Mr. Lessard is replacing Dan McCullough who left the company earlier this year. In the new role, Mr. Lessard will be responsible for strategically leading, directing, designing, and approving category management business plans and portfolio plans for the produce and floral teams.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/David_Lessard.JPG" alt="Ahold USA Announces Executive Appointment " /><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">His new role will be based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, according to a press release. Mr. Lessard brings over 25 years of experience in managing and directing produce and floral in both the store and corporate office settings. In his most recent position, the industry veteran served as Director of Produce at Ahold USA.
