<p>Together with Disney licensee Scattaglia Growers & Shippers, provider of premium quality grapes and tree fruits, Albertsons Southern California Division created magical in-store displays to highlight the robust selection of Disney-branded California grown fruits.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Customers entering Albertsons’ produce departments this summer were welcomed with custom displays featuring Scattaglia Growers & Shippers’ Disney-branded fruit, fruitful farms, and enchanted castles, according to a press release. Participating Albertsons stores competed amongst each other to win an assortment of prizes.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">“Nothing compares to seeing guests light up when they see Disney come to life in our produce department,” said Sheryl Salazar, assistant produce sales manager for Albertsons. “The displays were also an excellent sales driver for produce. We were inspired by our employees’ creativity, and truly appreciate SGS’s commitment to our event.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Lemon Grove, the winning store, created an enchanting Disney Cinderella castle display and invited parents and kids to go on a treasure hunt in the produce area. Along the way, they encountered a variety of Disney activity stations featuring crafts, coloring tables, and cookie decorating.
