Executives from the former Albertsons chain will be taking the reins for the acquired chain again, along with other companies. In addition, the company is also forming a new Northwest division office based in Portland, Oregon, which will oversee operations for stores in Northern Idaho, Oregon and Washington.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>According to a press release, Bob Butler, currently Executive Vice President of Operations for Albertsons LLC, will be named Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all Albertsons banner stores in which the Albertsons divisions will be operated by Albertsons LLC. Current Chief Strategy Officer, Justin Dye, will be named Chief Operating Officer, with responsibilities for the Acme, Jewel, and Shaws/Star Markets banners, and the total company pharmacy operation, which will be operated by New Albertsons, Inc. (NAI). </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Albertsons LLC and NAI will both be operated by AB Acquisition Inc., which will be led by CEO Bob Miller. Rick Navarro, Chief Financial Officer; Paul Rowan, General Counsel; Andrew Scoggin, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs; and Mark Bates, Chief Information Officer will oversee their respective functions at both Albertsons LLC and NAI.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Jim Perkins has been named President of the Acme Division; Northwest Division, President will be Dennis Bassler; Susan Morris has been named President, Intermountain Division; Southern California Division, President will be Wayne Denningham; Mike Withers has been named Southern Division Presiednt; Southwest Division, President will be Shane Dorcheus; Jewel Osco Division President will be William Emmons; and Shane Sampson has been named Shaws & Star Markets' Division President.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p><a class="btn btn-sm btn-primary col-lg-12" style="white-space: normal;" href="http://www.albertsonsmarket.com/our-company/traditions-history" target="_new"> Albertsons </a></p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
