Jones is also serving as SVP. He fills the role vacated by former President and CEO Michael Byars. The changes took place in January; however, no official announcement has been made, according to the Shelby Report.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">According to Jones’ Linkedin, as reported by Shelby, he will responsible for sales, earnings and enhancing the customer experience through effective customer service while maintaining a strong brand identity across 206 stores in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/hl_bilo_mar_2013_BANNERv2.jpg" alt="Images 031913" /><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">After 17 years at Food Lion, Jones joined the BI-LO team in 1999. He was most recently SVP of Store Operations.
