FOWLER, CA - Foodservice presents ample opportunities for fresh produce creativity, and the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Foodservice Conference is an excellent platform for industry collaboration. I got in touch with Monique Mueller, Director of Communications at Bee Sweet Citrus, to hear what the supplier has in store for the event.
“The Bee Sweet Citrus team will be highlighting our summer citrus line, featuring offshore Mandarins, Navel oranges, lemons, and California-grown grapefruit. These varieties are a perfect complement to traditional foodservice offerings, giving customers a diverse selection of fresh, nutritious produce for the summer and beyond,” Monique began telling me.
