Bi-Lo Holdings Readies to Close Transaction with Piggly-Wiggly to Convert 22 Stores

<p>Bi-Lo Holdings, LLC, parent company of Bi-LO and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, announced that its acquisition of 22 stores in South Carolina and coastal Georgia from Piggly Wiggly Carolina Company, Inc. is scheduled to close on November 2, 2013. Customers are invited to shop at the existing BI-LO store at 14427 Ocean Highway during that time.
