Chicago's south side will soon be home to a new retail store from the creator of the Quench restaurant chain. Quentin Love is partnering with healthy food advocate LaDonna Redmond in the new retail venture, called Fresh Family Foods, which will be the only African-American owned grocery store in Illinois. The boutique-style store will offer fresh produce, a juice and coffee bar as well as the full Quench restaurant menu. Mr. Love stated that "Our vision for Fresh Family Foods was to be an alternative to stores in minority communities that have traditionally charged two or three times the price for stale food and unattractive produce."<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
