<p> Costco may be making its way to a new market in Europe by 2015. The retail giant is planning to open its first store in France in a Paris suburb, a company executive said during a commercial real estate conference.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Gary Swindells, the head of Costco France, claims that the warehouse club aims to open 15 stores in France within a decade, with up to 6 in the Paris region. The company plans to open in the town of Villebon-sur-Yvette southwest of the French capital in the spring of 2015, according to Yahoo News.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Costco previously announced that it will expand in France in September 2011, yet its first project was denied authorization. Nevertheless, now that a new application has been filed for 2015, the company appears to have big ambitions for France.
