<p>Dollar General Corporation recently announced executive changes to align the company for future growth. The retailer has named Todd Vasos, most recently the EVP and CMO, as the new Chief Operating Officer. In addition, David D’Arezzo has joined the company as the new EVP and CMO. In this new structure, Dollar General will be better positioned to enhance operational efficiencies and capitalize on the power and scale of the company, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Rick Dreiling, Chairman and CEO, stated, “Dollar General is an exceptional company because of our people. He joined Dollar General in December 2008 and has demonstrated exceptional vision and leadership while implementing numerous innovative merchandising initiatives key to the company's growth.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">D’Arezzo brings more than 30 years of retail and consumer product company experience across merchandising and operations.
