<p> Giant Eagle is expanding its line of upscale Market District grocery stores in the greater Indianapolis area. The company has signed an agreement to build its newly introduced grocery store format along with a GetGo convenience store in Carmel, Indiana. The two stores will be part of a development called The Bridges, and they are expected to open in 2015, according to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> CEO Laura Karet said the company is thrilled to bring the Market District and GetGo concepts to Carmel and greater Indianapolis. This will be the 10th Market District store for the retailer.
