Harris Teeter is celebrating the grand opening of its Purcellville Gateway location in Virginia. The retailer is offering customers 10 percent off their purchase and e-VIC members an additional five percent off their purchase to mark the opening day on June 5, 2012. Purchases must be made between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Discount Night which follows the ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Store Director Nate Durbin at 5 p.m. Members who do not yet possess a Very Important Customer card can apply online or in paper form, as well as at the grand opening on Tuesday. Shoppers are invited to sample Harris Teeter Rancher Steak as well as Harris Teeter Ice Cream. Harris Teeter’s Dr. Russ will also be at the event to discuss the company's yourwellnees and pharmacy programs.
