<p>J. Jette Campbell of the Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC has been appointed the Chief Restructuring Officer for Belle Foods LLC. The news comes in the wake of Belle's bankruptcy filing, according to Birmingham Business Journal.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Court filings note that CMAG will be paid a fixed fee of $37,500 per week to provide a range of services, including working with the grocery chain's management team to find a long-term solution to its liquidity and balance sheet issues, including a prospective sale or merger, the report states.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">J. Jette Campbell is a partner in CMAG, who has experience in the grocery industry.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The Birmingham, Alabama-based grocer recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and is selling its remaining 44 stores in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi as part of the case.
