Kroger, Publix, and Target Shelter Marooned Drivers Stuck in the Snow

<p>It’s no secret that hundreds of motorists driving throughout Alabama and Georgia were stuck in traffic for hours on end with roads virtually shut down due to the blanket of snow that overlapped Southern states this week.
