CAPISTRANO BEACH, CA - It’s hard to go on an exploration of the squash sector and not think of LIV Organic™ Produce. “The retail demand for hard squash is still strong, and LIV Organic is doing really well in the category because we control all of our production and fulfillment. We really put additional resources into our hard squash to produce a premium product,” Anthony explains.
