Metro Inc. Reaches Agreement Division to Sysco Canada

<p><strong>Montreal, Quebec</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Metro Inc. has reached an agreement to sell its Distagro foodservice division to Sysco Canada, Inc. Sysco Canada is a subsidiary of Sysco Corporation. The Distagro foodservice division supplies mostly restaurant chains and stores corporately owned and operated by gas station chains.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The Distagro warehouse in Boucherville will be involved in the transaction.
