Founded by Ward Fredericks in 1984, the California-based firm focused right away on integrity and white glove service levels.
It wasn’t until 1998 when Chris Nelson joined MIXTEC Group that the company shifted its recruiting focus to fresh produce. The relationship-driven agriculture industry proved to be fruitful for the firm, and MIXTEC quickly established itself as a trusted partner.
