The newly created position allows Ms. Phillips to work collaboratively with all points in the supply chain to continue the development of the distributor's sustainability initiative. The goals of the initiative include furthering the PRO*ACT commitment to, as well as generating more sustainability improvements throughout the supply chain. The initiative's objectives also include promoting the availability and safety of fresh produce for operators in the industry.
