Publix has once again been named one of FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For". Publix, ranked No. 77, is one of only 13 companies to have made it on the list every year since its inception in 1998. Company scores are based two-thirds on employee surveys and one-third from the company's response to the Culture Audit questionnaire, which asks questions about pay, benefits, communication, and diversity. Publix CEO Ed Crenshaw stated, "Publix's rich history and strong culture are the foundation for our success."
