WEST SACRAMENTO, CA - All within one month, Raley’s announced that it launched a new banner, converted a store into a dark store format, and signed a lease for a new store. Continuing this hot streak, the retailer revealed the promotion of Laura Croff to Senior Vice President of People.
Croff, according to a press release, will be responsible for all aspects of Raley’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, labor relations, compensation, and benefits. She will work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure Raley’s continues to elevate a culture that attracts, retains, and develops the best teams.
She has over 20 years of human resources experience, including 13 years serving Raley’s in various roles in human resources and labor relations.
Croff has been a member of Raley’s leadership team for some time now. She was previously promoted within Raley’s from Senior Director of Human Resources to Vice President of People in December 2018.
