Nadworny as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer, and Greg Hill as Chief Financial Officer.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">In his new post, Nadworny will be charged with leading human resources, labor relations, risk management, compliance, and legal functions for the Modesto, CA-based grocer. Mr. Nadworny has accumulated a range of experience in the public and private sectors and has worked with well-known retail companies including Ross Stores, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Shaw’s Markets.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Mr. Hill will be responsible for overseeing the Finance, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Strategy and Business Development, and Internal Audit functions.
