Schnucks is getting ready to see some leadership changes soon this year. Scott Schnuck, Chairman and CEO, is handing over the position to his brother, Todd, as part of the family’s succession plan. Their older brother, Craig, will formally retire from the company and become chairman emeritus as part of the transition. In addition, company newcomer Anthony Hucker will partner with Todd to lead the management team as EVP and COO.

Scott will remain as Chairman and assist his brother in the transition through September.
