Sprouts Farmers Markets has completed its merger with both Henry's Farmers Market and Sun Harvest Farmers Market. Doug Sanders, president and CEO of Sprouts, stated, "As similar as our companies always have been, it will take time, patience and great diligence to merge them into one. New products will begin showing up on store shelves in the next few weeks, with new programs due by late spring or early summer and new uniforms by September. With the deal completed, Sprouts will operate 99 stores throughout Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah, including 34 Henry's stores in Southern California and 9 Sun Harvest stores in Texas. Total stores sales are estimated to exceed $1 billion. Henry's and Sun Harvest were sold to Sprouts by Smart and Final.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
