This promotion shifts one employee to the head of the table...<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The Sysco Corporation has announced that its Board of Directors has named Manny Fernandez, the company's Executive Chairman. Mr. Fernandez has served as a Director of Sysco since November of 2006 and was most recently Sysco's Non-Executive Chairman, a role he assumed in June 2009. Sysco's President and Chief Executive Officer, Bill DeLaney, will continue in his present position and as a member of Sysco's Board of Directors.
