Whole Foods to Open Five Additional "365 by Whole Foods" Locations

AUSTIN, TX - Whole Foods Market has announced another five leases for its 365 by Whole Foods Market™ stores, bringing the current total to 13 leases signed. This latest batch of new stores will be located in Evergreen Park, Illinois; Gainesville, Florida; and Concord, Claremont and Los Alamitos, California.

AndNowUKnow had previously reported on rumors of the new 30,000-square-foot Chicago-area Evergreen Park location, but a statement from the company has now confirmed it.

The five new locations, along with the previously announced eight, have been designed to complement the Whole Foods Market brand, according to a press release. Each will feature a thoughtfully curated mix of products, adhering to what the company says is company’s industry-leading quality standards, in a modern and streamlined retail environment.

Previously announced leases for Whole Foods 365 include, Bellevue, Washington; Cedar Park, Texas; Cincinnati, Ohio; Houston, Texas; Portland, Oregon; and San Francisco and Santa Monica, California. 

The very first 365 is slated to open this May in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, while the stores in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Bellevue, Washington, are slated to open in July and August, respectively. 10 stores in total will be open before October 2017, according to the company.
