Established in 1976, San Miguel Produce is a vertically integrated family farm, fresh-cut processor and shipper. Since 1995, the vision has grown into a year-round focus of providing the nation with delicious nutrient dense conventional and organic specialty greens including kales, chards, collard, mustard, turnip, spinach and beet greens. San Miguel has also introduced ready to use, Jade, Asian greens, including baby bok choy, snow pea shoots, Asian broccoli/rapini, Asian mustard greens and yu choy.
