Sinaloa Encanta

The Sinaloa Encanta Foundation hosts the annual "Sinaloa Encanta" event, aimed at displaying and promoting the highlights of the region from agriculture, livestock, and fishing, to food production and the culinary arts. The nonprofit association was created in 2013 by a group of Sinaloan entrepreneurs engaged in production throughout the different sectors of the food industry, in order to promote and bring all parties involved, as customers, potential customers and suppliers.

Sinaloa Encanta’s mission is to promote the productiveness of Sinaloa so that the state can be recognized as a leader in sustainable food production in America and an industry of honest, successful, professional and socially responsible entrepreneurs.
