The campaign offers one way for every day of 2012 to "go bananas" as part of a mission to improve Americans’ nutritional health by increasing their fruit and vegetable consumption, according to a press release. This new challenge is building upon the success of DOLE's Go Bananas™ campaigns from 2009 and 2010, and hopes to take America’s "unabashed love for bananas" even further with the current year-long initiative.
