<p>In this interview, Don Harris joins AndNowUKnow to discuss joining FreshXperts as the produce consulting group's newest associate, and what he will be bringing to his new role.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">"Well of course it's not a job really, it's just joining this group of consultants to add additional expertise to their stable of experts. One of the things that FreshXperts tries to do, is to put in as many retail opinions as possible, because it tends to be that if you only have a limited number, you don't always come up with a solution you might need. And because of some of the other experiences I've had, it gave me something that they didn't already have there in terms of individual expertise.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">John Shelford, whom I've known for years, asked me if I have ever thought about, if, when I get out of working for a living, which I thought was interesting, of becoming a consultant. He said, "well, when you do, take a look at us and see."<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">I've always stuck to the principle of that you can learn something no matter what you do; so I figured that this will be a good learning experience for me.
