<p>Aldi was recognized as Supermarket of the Year at the Which? Awards 2012. The honor is presented to the company that excels in the areas of customer satisfaction, value for money, reliability and quality. The Which? Awards were launched in 2007 to celebrate and reward the best businesses in the UK.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Aldi took home the Which? Supermarket of the Year award for the second time, having previously won in 2009. The discounter has won a number of other awards this year, including The Grocer’s ‘Discounter of the Year’, which Aldi has received three times. Aldi has won five Which? Best Buy awards in the past year.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">In addition to these awards, Aldi is also enjoying a very successful trading year.
