<p>Allen Lund has promoted Heather Grossnickle to the position of new Operations Manager of the Customer Service Center department for the Corporate office. Grossnickle began interning for Allen Lund during college summers for the Los Angeles Sales Department from 2005 to 2008 and was hired full time into the newly formed CSC Department in 2008, according to a press release. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p> "When the CSC department was established, Heather thankfully volunteered to join me. Almost 5 years later, the department has grown tremendously and it couldn't have been done without her hard work and determination," stated Manager of CSC Kirsten Brodie. Brodie added, "She is a tremendous asset, a hard worker, and a wonderful person all around. I could not be happier having her as our operations manager, knowing that day to day operations are in great hands." </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Grossnickle will also be handling the training of new employees, organization of department reporting, and on-boarding of any new customers, in addition to her current responsibilities in account management, rate negotiations, and after hours issues,. "I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Customer Service Center since the beginning.
