<p>Ahold USA has announced the resignation of Anthony Hucker as division president of Giant Landover, effective September 13, 2013.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Although Hucker has decided to leave the company for “another opportunity,” Bhavdeep Singh, executive vice president of operations at Ahold USA, will oversee the Giant Landover division on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is named, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The Giant Landover division, headquartered in Landover, MD, operates 169 supermarkets including 155 full-service pharmacies in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and the District Columbia under the banner of Giant Food, LLC.
