<p><strong>Holland Landing, Ontario</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> ATV Farms is gearing up for its Summer harvest. The Canadian, wholly-owned family company, will begin harvesting two varieties of carrots in the middle of July with supply carrying the offerings through February.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The company will be featuring two unique new varieties that the company is yet to name, but will be debuting in the coming weeks in its ATV Farms' Brand, Viv Agresti, Owner, ATV Farms, tells AndNowUKnow. One of the two carrot varieties has a higher degree of beta-carotene then traditional varieties. Beta-carotene converts to Vitamin A inside the body and is key for good vision and general health. The second variety presents a sweeter flavor profile than most carrot offerings.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> ATV will begin harvesting beets at the end of July with availability lasting till December. Along with carrots, the grower, packer, shipper will be be harvesting Traditional, Candy Stripe, and Golden Harvest beets.
