<p> Birko is welcoming Jeremy M. Adler to the team as Director of Technology and Innovation. Jeremy will oversee the development and commercialization of Birko’s proprietary technologies, which are designed to improve plant efficiencies and increase the microbiological quality of meat products and the production plant environment.
