WESTBOROUGH, MA - BJ’s Wholesale Club is working to up the value for its stakeholders, building out its executive team in a move to strengthen its investor relations. Recently, the company announced it has tapped Catherine Park to join its executive ring as Vice President of Investor Relations (IR). The appointment was officially made effective February 21.
“I’m excited to join the team at BJ’s and help elevate its presence with investors, while helping to guide and facilitate the company’s IR activities,” said Park. “BJ’s has a strong reputation, and I look forward to working alongside this first-class team to drive transformation.”
In this new position, Park will provide strategic counsel to the chain’s executive leadership team in managing its investor relations activities, according to a press release.
Park most recently held the title of Executive Director of Investor Relations at MGM Resorts International, where she was responsible for overseeing the investor relations efforts of the company’s multi-faceted structure, in addition to leading its quarterly earnings process. Before that, she served as Vice President, Corporate Banking at JPMorgan Chase, directing pitches and executions including syndicated finance for public and private companies in a wide range of industries.

Park also holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University.
