<p>Bolthouse Farms is picking up momentum on its fresh, edgy, campaign Baby Carrots, Eat 'Em Like Junk Food, aimed at increasing consumption of the company's baby carrots. The campaign manifested last year and has gone viral with a new video endeavor. The campaign features the young and tender baby-cut carrots in vibrant, high graphic "junk food" packaging that is digitally supported by "a bunch of carrot farmers," featuring a video with a carrot-machine gun wielding lass and a stuntman attempting an extreme and impossible feat. There is nothing like taking a couple baby carrots to the face while launching off of a cliff in a rocket fueled shopping cart.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><a class="btn btn-sm btn-primary col-lg-12" style="white-space: normal;" href="http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/82592959/" title="Click to Watch" target="_blank">» Click to Watch<hr class="legacyRuler"><img src="http://www.andnowuknow.com/misc/carrot-farmers-video-box.jpg" alt="Click To Watch" /></a><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Bolthouse is also promoting the product through the social media platforms Facebook and Twitter.
