<p> Braga Fresh Family Farms is welcoming 30 year produce industry veteran and Salinas native Raul Garnica as Vice President of Harvest. He will work closely with growers, harvesting crews, and the sales team, while overseeing harvesting, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> “Braga is a leader in food safety and sustainability and having Raul’s expertise and leadership in this new position will certainly contribute to our continued success and reputation for top quality products and service,” said Rod Braga, President and CEO. “Our strength is in our people. We’re expanding our team with the best players.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Raul held a position as director of harvest with Earthbound Farm for 13 years and 18 years with Fresh Express as a harvest manager for both the mixed lettuce and iceberg lettuce programs.
