<p>Church Brothers is strengthening its staff with the addition of Michelle Hackett as Sales Assistant and with the promotion of Brian Jameson to Vice President of Agriculture Operations.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Brian, a CSUC graduate, will manage the replenishment and scheduling activities for Church Brothers’ processing partner True Leaf Farms and will help manage the strategic sourcing strategy for the company. Brian has overseen the consolidation of Church Brothers and True Leaf material management which has resulted in substantial cost, quality, and service improvements for both companies, according to a press release. He has appointed Aimee Cannon as Purchasing Manager for both Church Brothers and True Leaf Farms. Aimee, who has been with Church Brothers since 2005, will be managing all aspects of inventory for the plant and field.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Brian’s industry experience includes managing supply chain for Fresh Express, Dole, and Ready Pac.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Michelle, who spent time as an intern gaining experience in sales and marketing with a local produce company, will be working on the sales desk focusing mainly on the assigned accounts. She will report to Jeff Church.
