The theme is "Give Us Your Best Shot" and invites Costco members to interpret the statement in their own unique and personal way. A prize of a $2,500 Costco Cash Card or the cash equivalent will be awarded to an International Grand Prize winner, according to promotional materials.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> National prizes range from a $1,500 Costco Cash Card and Adobe Photoshop Elements for the First Prize winner, and a $1,000 Costco Cash Card and Adobe Photoshop Elements to a Second Prize Winner, to a Third Prize winner being awarded a $500 Costco Cash Card and Adobe Photoshop Elements.
