- by Anne Allen
BAKERSFIELD, CA - New team members add renewed vigor to leadership, and this is the case for Country Sweet Produce’s latest addition. As the company prepares to tackle upcoming expansions and a wider partner network, it has named Bailey Slayton as its newest Sales Associate.
“I was born and raised in Bakersfield and am so excited to be back and working with the Country Sweet Produce team here in ‘the sweet spot’ of California,” Bailey said in regards to her appointment. “I love working with people and am looking forward to developing and maintaining CSP relationships to broaden our consumer base.”
Slayton studied Agricultural Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where her passion for agriculture took root and grew immediately.
In her new position, Slayton will be working under Prescott Leyba, Sales Account Manager. She will actively be supporting the Sales Team as Country Sweet Produce's customer base continues to grow.
“We’re incredibly lucky to have brought Bailey onto the CSP sales team,” he explained. “It’s been clear from the start that she’d be a tremendous asset to the team, and her impact is already being felt. We’re looking forward to watching her flourish in her role!”
Chris Carroll, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, also commented on why Bailey is a welcome addition to the team.
“Bailey brings a positive attitude and desire to succeed to the CSP team,” Chris stated. “She hit the ground running on day one and has already made great contributions with our customers. I’m excited for her continued development as she gains more experience in her sales role. She’s a great addition to our sales team!”
AndNowUKnow looks forward to seeing what Bailey brings to the CSP table. Congratulations from all of us here on your new role!
