The list was generated based on the responses of each company's own employees, during Glassdoor's 12-month company review process.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><a class="btn btn-sm btn-primary col-lg-12" style="white-space: normal;" href="http://www.glassdoor.com/50-Highest-Rated-CEOs-LST_KQ0,21.htm" target="_new"> Click Here to View the 2014 Highest Rated CEOs List from Glassdoor </a><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Some of these companies deal in fresh produce, either as grocery retailers or restaurant chains. It is therefore important to realize that there's more to running a successful company than simply making all of your employees happy.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><b>Take Steve Jobs for example.</b> His leadership tactics have been described as "rude, dismissive, hostile, and spiteful."
