Serving with the company since 2008, his wisdom in leadership has been instrumental in creating the vision for what Homegrown Organic Farms has become today. He helped to develop and navigate many of the changes that Homegrown has instituted over the past five years. <img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/homegrwon-1.jpg" alt="Homegrown organics images" /> The position was previously held by Tom Avinelis since 2005. Continued farming expansion and new venture opportunities are demanding Tom spend more time focused on operations and developments outside of the Homegrown business of serving its customer and growers.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Avinelis stated, “I’m excited about this transition. Owners John and Cindy France have worked with Avinelis and Mabs in planning this transition since 2011.
