Hy-Vee Earns “Statewide Partner” Designation for the Sixth Consecutive Year

The company takes great pride in its assistance to the Special Olympics Iowa through volunteer work and charitable donations. Through the support, Hy-Vee has earned the Special Olympics Iowa's “statewide partner” designation for the sixth consecutive year.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Mark Reed, President and CEO of Special Olympics Iowa, states “We appreciate our ongoing statewide partnership with Hy-Vee.” Mark Reed, continues, “Hy-Vee is one of the state’s largest employers of Special Olympics Iowa athletes. Hy-Vee employees also donate their time and volunteer at various events during the year.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Joyce Allard, Director of Communications for the Organization, communicates that Hy-Vee dietitians have made a wonderful and significant impact at Special Olympics events and the statewide competitions every Summer and Winter that they have supported the cause.
