<p><strong>Dallas, TX</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> IFCO SYSTEMS US has shown its continued commitment to the Worldwide Responsibility Initiative through its support of the North Texas Food Bank. At this year's United Fresh show, IFCO announced its partnership with the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB.) In thirteen North Texas counties, the food bank distributes donated, purchased and prepared foods through a network of 300 member agencies and 1,000 feeding and education programs, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> At the close of the show, IFCO supported the NTFB through the provision of the company’s innovative reusable plastic containers that collect and transported exhibitor product donations to the food bank.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> North Texas Food Bank, Director of Operations, Sean Gray, stated, “We are very excited to begin using RPCs in our distribution system. Through our ReThink Hunger initiative, we are developing innovative solutions to combat hunger in our community. RPCs are an example of the kind of solutions we need to provide nutritious produce to our clients in the most efficient way.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> IFCO SYSTEMS’ President and General Manager, RPCs North America, Fred Heptinstall, stated, “IFCO is committed to the ongoing support of our nation’s food banks.
