In partnership with the Indianapolis Fruit Company and the Produce Mom, the Indianapolis Colts will be hosting the Find Your Favorite School Show, the first NFL Production that focuses entirely on fruits and vegetables. The event, which also stars athletes from other pro leagues and sports, will take place on December 10th at the Danville South Elementary School, according to a press release.
The show will also officially kick off the national Find Your Favorite campaign, which encourages students and families of Indianapolis Public School to discover what fruits and vegetables have to offer. The goal is to not only inspire healthy eating, but to also empower the community to take the initiative in exploring the affordability and seasonality of fresh produce.There will be various events featured throughout the day, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner meetings and tours to supplement the campaign. The day is sure to be packed with special appearances and a wide assortment of educational materials about fruits and vegetables.
