July Brussels Sprouts Market Adjusts as Domestic Supply Rebounds

UNITED STATES - The Brussels sprouts market is currently in a transitional phase as local production ramps up. Earlier-than-expected season completion in Mexico—driven by high temperatures and insect pressure—created short-term tightness, while domestic growing regions weren’t yet harvest-ready.

According to the USDA’s August 1, 2025, National FOB Review, 25 lb cartons of medium sprouts are priced between 45.55 and 56.75, with most sales ranging from 51.55 to 54.65. Quality and condition vary, with most product moving through Central California following prior bookings.
