LOS ANGELES, CA - Kellee Harris, Giumarra’s Western Region Business Manager, joins AndNowUKnow to discuss the company’s DulceVida sublicensing agreement with Homegrown Organic Farms.

“Giumarra will manage all growing and distribution of conventional DulceVida stonefruit in the United States, Canada, and Chile,” she tells us. “We have sublicensed only the organic growing and distribution of DulceVida to Homegrown Organic Farms.”

When asked if there are any plans to expand the program, Kellee says that based on Giumarra’s research, California and the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, are excellent expansion areas. The company is also currently looking into potential opportunities in Georgia.
