Loblaw Awards Funds to Canada’s After School Programs

<p><strong> Brampton, ON </strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Loblaw Companies has awarded more than $250,000 in grants to after school programs in Canada for 2012. The Loblaw Companies After-School Grant program has awarded sixty four organizations up to $5,000 each for its efforts in advancing student’s nutrition and fitness goals through recreational programs.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Some of the awarded programs were designed to give children who did not have access an opportunity to participate. According to a press release, Loblaw has a made a commitment to Make a Positive Difference in Our Community.
