<p> Maglio & Company’s President, Sam Maglio, is now serving the Food and Beverage (FaB) Milwaukee Advisory Council for a three-year term. The council is an invite-only group made up of industry executives from the food and beverage industry. The purpose of the FaB Advisory Council is to expand knowledge of the food and beverage industry, connect individuals and companies, and build value proposition and strategies that will result in sector growth, jobs, and national recognition, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> “I am honored to be serving on the council and I’m looking forward to our initiatives,” said Maglio. “Milwaukee is home to all types of food manufacturing companies from one-person shops to huge multi-national conglomerates. The area is prime for growth due to the ready availability of water and labor and we can work together to drive the region forward as a hub for food manufacturing.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Several of the council’s initiatives will help benefit the produce industry relative to human capital and political efforts.
